This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Simple cabin in Kjølastølen, Valdres

Simple cabin located 1100 meters above sea level in Valdres. It's at the top of the Kjølastølen hamlet and is perfect for one or two people who want a place to base for mountain activities. One room with sofa bed, table, kitchen counter with cooker. Heating with propane heater. The cabin has a sink with no running water, but it works for morning care etc with drains out of the cabin. There is no toilet, but guests can use the latrine 30m from the cabin. Toll Road (70 NOK) with private parking

Auna Eye - Secluded hilltop glass igloo retreat

Glass igloo beautifully located by the ocean of Trøndelag, Hellandsjøen. On sunny days you’ll enjoy an amazing sunset from the igloo, go to sleep in duck down duvets with Egyptian cotton, and sleep under the «open sky». Wake up to birds singing, take a morning trip on the ocean in the sit-on-top kayak or SUP-boards (included in your stay). Bring your own lunch to the popular mountain «Vågfjellet», and enjoy the amazing view. Say hello to the alpacas on our farm on your way back to the igloo!

Apartment 10 min from Leknes,Lofoten. Oceanview.

The apartment is located in Sennesvik, a small village 10 min from the closest city,Leknes. In Leknes you can find all the stores you need. The apartment has great view over the ocean and is surrounded by beautiful mountains. The apartment has wifi. I expect to find the apartmest as i left it. Clean and tidy. NO PARTY!! You can easily reach me on the airbnb app. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, let me know, that cost extra. Check in is after 16:00 Check out is before 11:00

Cosy Múlafossur Cottage by waterfall in Gásadalur

Tjaldur Cottage is one of the 'Múlafossur Cottages' located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is a truly magical and secluded place with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows -all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall. As a bonus the cottage is only a 10-20min drive from the only Faroese airport, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn.

Glamping Nordland - Dome - Arctic light

The Domes are placed above a garden where raspberries are grown. The Domes are in nature with a fantastic view of the mountains and the fjord. You can see the sky from your bed. During the winter you might even see stars, the moon – or the northern lights? Homemade breakfast with fresh bread and local products is served in a refurbished barn. The Domes are without electricity, but wood for heating is provided. WC, shower, electricity and WiFi are provided in the barn - 100 m walk.

Her kan du leige båt og sauna eller ta deg eit morgenbad. Du vil oppleve livet på bygda med beitande dyr og arbeid som foregår i sesongen. Enjoy this caravan in peaceful surroundings. In this 15 sqm caravan you have a kitchen with equipments, a toilet, beds and sitting groups. There is also a 9 sqm porch connected to the caravan, which serves as a hallway and a living room. Our shower facilities is outdoor. You can shower in hot water and enjoy what the nature offer at that time of year. Through the glass ceiling in the shower you can look at the stars, the moutains or even the northen lights while you shower.

Cozy Fjord Cabin by Mt. Hornelen

If you need to relax, this cabin, in natural surroundings is perfect for you! The name of the cabin is "Urastova". On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with sheep and sometimes deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. We have 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, motor boat and 2 SUP boards for rent if available and on request.

Lingås gard ligg med perfekt utgangspunkt nært fleire populære turistmål og turdestinasjonar, midt mellom Trollstigen og Geirangerfjorden. Storslått utsikt og naturopplevingar i heile området. Fjelltoppar, koselege setrar, fjord og badeplass er kun gåavstand unna. Liker du å gå på topptur på ski har vi ski in, ski out på vinteren. Vi har flotte Berdalsnibba rett bak oss.

Homely "barn" between fjord and mountains.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.
