Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Cottage with Private Allegheny River Access

"Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Additional staying quarters located in an adjacent cedar Cub House which has 4 beds, 2 lofts, and air conditioning. Cub House Closed for Season. Opens back up April 1st.

Come relax in our beautiful riverfront home conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Warren. We have created a private two-story, two bedroom retreat within the main home, separate entrance and amenities included. Take in the beautiful views of 2024's River of the Year & The Allegheny National Forest while enjoying your morning cup of coffee on our private dock. Hop on a bike or take a scenic stroll along the river and finish the evening cozied up by the fire under the night sky.

Beautiful lakefront cottage on Findley Lake. Completely remodeled cozy one-bedroom cottage with two docks, 150 ft. of lake frontage, and boathouse. Tucked away on a quaint woodsy lot, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets while relaxing around the firepit. Hidden Cove offers a one bedroom with a queen mattress and futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just a few miles from Peak n' Peek resort where you can enjoy skiing, cycling, ziplining, segway tours, and restaurants.

Kingfisher Point: Beautiful New Lakeside Home

This stylish new lake house was completed in September of 2022, and we are excited to open it to visitors to the Cassadaga Lake. Our home on Cassadaga Lake rests among the trees of an old growth forest adjacent to protected wetlands. Guests can enjoy the sun setting over the lake each evening from one of two porches facing the lake, or from the kayaks that are available to guests. And yes, Kingfishers are frequent visitors to the lakes as well! (No smoking and no pets allowed).

Cozy Cottage nestled on the Slippery Rock Creek

Secluded along the banks of the Slippery Rock Creek is the 4th generation family cottage, fully renovated in 2017, originally built in 1940. Descend the 45 steps to the cottage and find “there’s no place like (a 2nd) home”. From the wraparound deck you may see geese, deer, bald eagles, osprey, beaver, great blue heron and ducks. Our home is located in historic North East Pa. The house sits on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Erie with steps to access the beach. We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.
