Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Ternu Forestvilla

You can enjoy the nature and scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northern lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 6. It has full kitchen and living room with windows facing river, sauna, shower, toilet and two bedrooms with big windows facing the forest. Outside it has two spacious terrace's, one with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.

Historiallinen, hirsitalohuoneisto (rak. 1900, täysin remontoitu 2000-luvulla) merenrannalla metsän rauhassa. Huoneistossa on 2 makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, wc-kylpyhuone ja eteinen. Täysin varusteltu keittiö: astianpesukone, pyykinpesukone, jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ym. Mukavuuksina suihku, wc, ilmanlämpöpumppu. Tilaa 4–5 hengelle, rantasauna varattavissa erikseen 30€/h, (sauna lämmitetään valmiiksi ja vuorot klo.18-22 välillä)
