Lovely Cottage (newly renovated) Riverside Cottage is a newly renovated barn conversion on a quiet lane in Rhossili within walking distance of three wonderful beaches; Mewslade, Fall Bay and Rhossili Bay which is often recommended as one of the best beaches in the UK. It is also great for many coastal and inland walks and surfing. The cottage is entirely self-contained (though attached at one end to the old farmhouse) and has its own spacious outdoor area with tables/seating/BBQ and parking.

Bird Island Bothy

Wake with the rising sun, shrill calls of the wading birds, and waves breaking on the shore only meters away. The wild shore and vegetation provide a great habitat for birds, mammals, insects and spiders typical of the Irish coast. Wading birds can be seen feeding along the undisturbed shore. Bird Island Bothy has the feel of a sailing ship's cabin with chunky wooden beams, mock four-poster bed and plush velvet curtains. A great base from which to explore the Ards Peninsula.

The cabin is situated on the roof of the tunnel to Malangen and just by the seaside. The living room has great windows that give you a feeling of being outside when are sitting warm and comfortably inside. Perfect for spotting for the northern lights. The cabin has three large bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything is ready for you to have a great stay just outside amazing Tromsø. The King George pub is only a minute walk away, serving lovely home cooked food and real ale. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, known locally as “La’al Ratty” is only a ten minute walk from the cottage. Eskdale Stores is open daily. The cottage itself has been recently renovated and has a secure garden with lovely views, ideal dogs.
