Das Neckertal ist ein romantisches, verträumtes Tal mit vielen Wander- und Biker Möglichkeiten und liegt zwischen den zwei Tourismusdestinationen Appenzellerland und Toggenburg.

La nostra casetta nel bosco si trova all'interno dell'agricampeggio, è arredata con gusto per ogni vostra esigenza, completa di cucina con piano cottura ad induzione, frigo, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè' con filtri, bollitore, aria condizionata. Dispone di giardino privato con sdraio, (da utilizzare solo per il relax di persone) tavolo e sedie. Spazio ideale per una coppia per rinnovarsi dalla frenesia giornaliera.

Liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtete, ehemalige Künstlerwerkstatt auf einem grosszügigem Wiesengrundstück und in toller Lage mit freiem Blick auf den Berg Ifen und das Gottesackerplateau. Am besten geeignet für 2 Personen oder eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Mit Auto und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel super erreichbar: die Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite, ein eigener Parkplatz vor dem Hauseingang. Der Skilift Parsenn und die Wäldele-Egg Loipe sind nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Bungalow mit Traumaussicht LOMA BUENA VISTA

Am Sonnenhang gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Nach einem kurzen aber etwas steilen Fussweg bis zum Bungalow kann man auf einer gemütlichen Terrasse die Sicht auf den Alpstein mit unserem Hausberg, dem Säntis, geniessen. Es gibt viele Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Bitte beachten: Vom Parkplatz aus geht es ungefähr 100m zu Fuss relativ steil den Hügel hoch zum schön gelegenen Bungalow am Waldrand.

Unser Bungalow ist 57m² groß und verfügt über 2 DZ, einem Bad und einer Wohnküche. Die Küche mit Essbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer bietet zusätzlich Platz für 2 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa. Eine kleine Terrasse rundet die Gemütlichkeit unseres Hauses ab. Parken können Sie vorm Haus im Carport mit Abstellraum für Ski, Skischuhe, Rodeln, Fahrräder und alles was im Wohnraum keinen Platz findet.

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. Great view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry.
