Studio Tonka

Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. Hiking and cycling trails can be found all around the Studio.A pebbly beach can be found 900 m away. A grocery store can be found 700 m away. Parking is provided.

Nuovissime mobile homes, con una superficie di circa 32 mq possono ospitare fino a 5 persone. Arredate in stile moderno e confortevole sono dotate di una cucina completa di tavolo e sedie, un comodissimo divano letto, frigorifero a colonna completo di freezer e microonde. La zona notte si compone di due camere, una matrimoniale con bagno privato e una camera da letto con due letti singoli . L'alloggio presenta inoltre un bagno nella zona giorno, anch'esso completo con doccia, wc, e lavabo.

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

Bungalow Deluxe

Independent, recently built wooden house, energy class A+, featuring 2 bedrooms (total 4 beds), equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and utensils. Living room with SAT TV, wood-burning fireplace, and sofa. Bathroom with shower, large balcony, outdoor garden with table, and one guaranteed parking space for car/motorbike. Final cleaning, bed and bath linen, utilities access to the infinity pool (seasonal) and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

Park Riviera Adria Blue Seaside

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

Si trova circa 1,5 km a piedi o in auto a circa 4 km dal paese di Castelletto di Brenzone S/G, dove ci sono ristoranti, pizzerie, gelateria e mini market. My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples.
