North Walsham and Dilham canal also runs close by with canoe, kayak and paddle board hire at either Wayford Bridge, 7 miles away or at Wroxham. With local walks directly from the door -there is much to explore. The City of Norwich is short drive/bus or train away with lots to offer.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
