Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Een moderne stalen keuken met mooi SMEG apparatuur. In de keuken staat een mooie houten tafel die ook uitgeschoven kan worden, zo heeft u alle ruimte om heerlijk te werken!

Het ligt midden in het Unesco Werelderfgoed, waar je intens kunt genieten van de rust en schoonheid van het Waddengebied. Het appartement is verrassend ruim (70m2) en biedt plaats aan maximaal 5 pers. Kinderen kunnen zich vermaken op de trampoline, op het gras/voetbalveld en kunnen ook knuffelen met onze konijnen en cavia's.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Vanaf het buitenterras met overkapping kunnen gasten genieten van de HOTTUB, het uitzicht, de sterren en een fabelachtige zonsopkomst. De hottub kost €40,- voor de 1ste dag en €20,- voor daaropvolgende dagen. We adviseren zelf badjassen mee te nemen, mocht het nodig zijn hebben wij ook badjassen.
