The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.
