Hakoniemi - Old log house in Northern Saimaa

”Hako” stands for a spruce tree or a tree lying in the swamp or in the water, waiting for clearing. Hakoniemi is a coniferous peninsula in North Karelia, located in the inland archipelago of Northern Saimaa. The creative space in Rääkkylä, Oravisalo, provides a framework for working and leisure, combining creativity and nature.The 1925s old farm has got a new life as a center of creative activity where you can organize workshops, events, marketing projects and tourist and accommodation services.

Villa Mummola sijaitsee aivan Kesälahden taajaman tuntumassa vanhan maatilan pihapiirissä. Hyvällä maulla sisustettu kolmen makuuhuoneen rintamiestalo. Juna-asemalle matkaa 2,6 km. Lähimmät kaupungit ovat Kitee 33km, Savonlinna 70km ja Joensuu 90km päässä. Talo soveltuu niin perheille kuin kaveriporukoille.

On a farm just renovated and cosy two bedroom flat with a kitchen-livingroom and a bathroom. In a useful utility room you wash your laundry easily. Towels and linen are included in price likewise final cleaning up. In a nice livingroom you can watch TV and enjoy your meals. In a master bedroom there is a double bed, in a second bedroom two single beds. In both bedrooms you have light out blinds and a ventilation window. A flat has it's own privacy, there is a hall place for your car.
