Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Located less than two miles from Camel’s Hump trail head and less than 30 miles from ski resorts, including Stowe, Sugarbush, Bolton, Cochran and Mad River. The area offers plenty of outdoor activities from hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking, fishing, swimming, kayaking and only 15 min from local restaurants, breweries and shops.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.

The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington.

Close by is the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge, Alburg Dunes State Park, ski resorts, Burlington for fine dining and nightlife, the famous Lake Champlain Islands, and Canada.

Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. Skylights and lofty ceilings fill the space with natural light throughout. Well insulated with centrally ducted heat and A/C for year-round comfort.
