The 1st floor offers an open floor plan and 1 bedroom with a Queen bed and it's own bath. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with one queen bed and one with one king bed and there own baths. Guests may use may use the Indoor pool, Hot Tub and fitness room located .5 mile away at Crowne Plaza Hotel. Seasonally July and August guests may use the Crowne Plaza beach .25 miles form this unit.

The condo consist of 2 BR 2 baths. One bedroom has 1 king bed and one bedroom has two queen beds. The large living room features a stone fireplace and the kitchen is finished with granite counter tops, custom cabinets and hardwood floors. The property is operated by the Crowne Plaza Hotel located .5 mile away, and guests may use the Hotels indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room and private beach on Mirror Lake (July and August). We do allow dogs. Maximum 2 dogs. Pet fee of $162.00 .

Location is within an hour of lake placid and hiking trails everywhere. Amtrak station in town and could coordinate pick up and drop off.

The Chalet is located at the Crowne Plaza Hotel property and allows access to the hotel's indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room.
