Artist’s Eco Cabin - The Nest

The Nest is privately located overlooking our farm & highlands. It's rustic & glamorous with small touches that make it unique. The Nest sleeps four (second bed is a double futon) & has full cooking & washroom facilities. It's equipped with a wood stove, fridge, BBQ, & solar lights. The outdoor washroom in the pines offers both an on-demand hot shower (summer only) & a composting toilet. The farm has plenty of activities for our guests to enjoy. N.S. Folklore Cottage - modern studio with forest vibes

This wee cottage is decorated for those witchy vibes! It has one queen bed, breakfast table and kitchenette with micro, fridge, toaster, counter top burner and sink. All dishes, linens, kitchen supplies and shampoo/soap is provided. Kitchenette for simple meal prep. Please bring your own coffee. Full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Private BBQ and yard with screen tent. Cottage driveway is steep but well maintained; no bikes, please. Muted traffic noise may be noticeable at times. No dogs.

Many ocean beaches, golf Cabot Links/Cliffs or more, hike in CB Highlands National Park, kayaking, SUP boarding, river tubing, fall colors, local music - and most activities in 30 minutes or less. Winter sports? We're near the 805 snowmobile trail (ck the status), X-country ski or snowshoe from the backyard.

I built this home to be a secluded, barrier-free chalet for the ultimate Cape Breton experience.

This modern crafted tiny house on wheels will make you feel like you're in a beautiful hull of a boat. The Boat House has 2 lofts, one double bed accessed by ladder and the other has stairs leading up to a queen bed, accommodating 4 people. This tiny house offers a fully appointed spacious kitchen, a 3 piece bathroom including a flush toilet, as well as Wifi, smart TV, a wood stove and AC. Kayaks & SUP’s, BBQ shelter use are included with your stay.

Swallow Bank Cottage #3 on the Margaree River

This one bedroom cottage is located in Margaree Centre. Our four, full housekeeping cottages sit along the Margaree River, just minutes from the Cabot Trail. Cottage 3 has been recently renovated inside and out. New bathroom, upgraded kitchen, and a queen bed with a luxury Logan & Cove mattress. The cottage also has a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11am.
