Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

Ferry Road River House Baffle Creek

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy fishing, boating and crabbing right at your door step. Make a weekend of it with your mates or stay the week with the family. The three bedroom home sleeps 6-8 people and features an outdoor kitchen and a large L shaped deck with water frontage. Plenty of parking space for cars and boats. Access to the council maintained boat ramp is just 300m from the house. A fire pit with wood is available for your comfort .

The Little House

Our Little House has open plan living and bed area with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A number of stairs lead up to a small patio where the unit is located. Plenty of space to park vehicle/trailer/boat. It is located on our mango farm and is above our mango packing area. All water used is rainwater and plenty of birdlife/gardens to enjoy. The stars in night sky is amazing. Guests will be warmly welcomed and left to relax and enjoy the space. A tour of farm can be done too.

Ocean View Absolute Beachfront 2 Bedroom Home

Elegantly furnished, brand new home with ocean views and a direct path to the beach. This is a perfect place to relax, love, dream and be free. The beautiful outdoor setting has an open firepit and BBQ (firewood supplied). Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. There is a direct pathway from the property to the ocean. 4WD access is possible from Rules Beach Road (just a few hundred metres away). Note that this property does NOT allow pets at any time.
