It is a private oasis perfect for a Greek island getaway. The main house features a master bedroom, living area, full kitchen and dining room. There is also a separate host room (with a single bed), outdoor WC, laundry and amenities. For relaxing outside there is a stunning, large courtyard and an expansive rooftop overlooking the sea.

The two-room apartment is a beautiful family-friendly beach home in the town of Komi, exactly opposite the sandy beach with no cars passing by. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.
