The Cozy Confluence is uniquely nestled between Rock Creek and the beautiful Cedar River. The home is spacious yet cozy. There is a large attached deck where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while listening to the creek babble nearby. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is the place for you! There are hiking trails throughout the property with incredible canopies of mature hardwoods. River access on the property makes kayaking, canoeing, or tubing a breeze. Plan your escape today!!

Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Watts Theatre Apartment Over Main

This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. You will see many of his features including wide sweeping curves thus eliminating many 90 degree angles. While you stay enjoy watching the movie from your own Private Viewing Space in the second bedroom. There are shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 4pm check out our website for specifics.

Lake Front Retreat

This fully furnished lake front cabin is located on South Shore in Clear Lake! It was updated (2017 & 2020) with gorgeous views of the lake. The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with sleeping arrangements for 10 people. This is the perfect retreat to enjoy the lake in the summer or a snowmobiling/ice fishing getaway in the winter. The property has 50 ft of shoreline with a dock for swimming and outdoor fire pit. Open concept living with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Public boat ramp 2 blocks away and you can dock your boat at our dock while you stay!
