The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. This compact, modern tinyhouse is located on the western coast of Estonia. Intended for people who`d like to enjoy a natural retreat without giving up modern conveniences. The house includes a sauna, hot tub, a shower with heated floors, WC, an open living room and sleeping area in the “attic”. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV with Netflix access, coffee machine etc. Heating/cooling is provided by an integrated air conditioner. The house can be enjoyed all year round.

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.

Ride a bike to the sea or get to know local life. It's possible to use a hot tub for an additional fee (€80). The barn house has a toilet and shower with floor heating. Extra cot on request. Distance from Kuivastu is 15 km and from Liiva 4 km.
