Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Seagull

Newly built, 4star high-end equipped interior with a sea view. The apartment is located on in a city square of the old town.Historical sights are all located in the vicinity. A shop is located next door. Bars and restaurants are situated on the coast line. Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building with 4 apartments, with an area of 73 m2. It consists of: kitchen, living room and dining room, bathroom, 2 rooms, covered terrace, which has a garden of 107 square meters of space for games and entertainment. The apartment also has one parking space in front of the building. It is located in a newly built neighborhood, in a dead-end street, away from crowds and traffic. The distance from the first beaches is about 600 m.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Lora 4*

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

House Lavanda****

House Lavanda is ideal for family holidays. It is situated not far from the beach (150 m) in a quiet area. A grocery, a bakery, a fruit shop, a pharmacy and a post office are 6-7 min walk from the house. The house is completely equipped in shabby chick style. There is a brick barbeque as well as an outside dining table and a small garden. One parking lot is included into the price (another one with extra payment). It is a two storey house, so be careful with small kids (up to 2 yrs).

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Sastoji se od balkona sa kojeg se prostire djelomični pogled na more, 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka koji je smješten u istom prostoru s kuhinjom i blagavaonicom, kupaonice s Wc-om i tušem. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena posuđem, električnim štednjakom, hladnjakom s 1 ladicom za zamrzavanje, aparatom za kavu. Opremljenost apartmana satelitskom Tv, klima uređajem, Wi-Fi.

My place is close to the city center Rijeka, city of art and culture, close to airport of Krk, close to beach, great views, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people, Mediterranean food, fish and wine, warm sea and clean air. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids), and all lovers of the sea and sun.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
