Angela’s Retreat: An adorable countryside property

Angela’s Retreat is located in Whitwell on the Isle of Wight, approx 5 km from Ventnor. There are a variety of old stone buildings and it is home to the Isle of Wight’s oldest pub ‘The White Horse’. It is ideally situated for walks, beach days, cycling and fishing holidays. Angela’s Retreat is a self contained residence with its own entrance, small kitchenette, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed if required. WiFi and SKY are also available, as well as parking for one car.

Guests will receive a welcoming selection of helpful goodies on their arrival. This lodge is ideally situated if you enjoy walking,cycling or just need a relaxing time away. Our beautiful spacious apartment in Hambrough Road has been completely renovated and is situated in a lovely location in the town of Ventnor. It is perfect for a short break or for longer stays. It looks directly out to sea over the road and wall in front. It’s in the most ideal location in that the beach and town are literally two minutes walk away. We occasionally receive discount codes for the vehicle ferries so please do ask. We would very much like to welcome you!

Cottage anglais du 16iè siècle, tout rénové avec accès sur un grand jardin fleuri. Notre maison est sur le même terrain donc nous aurons le jardin en commun. Nous sommes à moins de 5 kilomètres de la mer. Notre petit cottage est une excellente base pour visiter la New Forest et ses chevaux en liberté à l'ouest (à 30 minutes), Portsmouth et ses bateaux historiques à l'est (à 20 minutes), ou Winchester, l'ancienne capitale d'Angleterre au nord (à 25 min).

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. This former coach house provides a little retreat and is just moments away from the coastal footpaths. It’s just half a mile into the village where there is a family run grocery shop, pottery, chemist, cafe, pub, and even a post office with bar and restaurant. A short walk to the famous Buddle pub which also serves food with panoramic views of the sea.
