We named this guesthouse “ Nedoco” which means bedding for sleeping in Japanese. We hope our guests can have a good rest and good sleep.We prepare the mattress is Magniflex from Italy, duvet is Kyoto Nishikawa. We use the things, which could get to directly your skin, are all cottons. As the bathroom is fitted one, the bathtub and toilet are a little bit small, but you have your own bath and toilet in your room. We can also prepare fridge, washing machine and air conditioning. ***Please, read before your booking*** As we operate this guest house with a family, it is a small guest house. We cannot provide soundproofs, cleaning during your stay, changing sheets and towels like in a big hotel. Instead of those services, we try to our best to provide cheaper price, comfortable and clean bedding, beautiful room decorations, washing machines, respectful reply for guests etc. Before your booking, please make sure our house rules. And, if you can follow the rules, please make a reservation for our guest house. If you need services like hotels, we can’t recommend you to stay at our guest house. And, we want to ask you to leave your review after staying our guest house. It helps our booking. Please, don’t disturb our neighborhood during your stay. But, please feel at home.

This house is almost 100 years old house and it has been just renovated in April 2017. The house was designed by the architect who loves the traditional machiya house. Close to subway Karasuma-Oike station, three stops from Kyoto station. Easy to do shopping, eating, sightseeing. Drug store and the grocery store is located in 5 minutes walking distance. At the center of Kyoto city, you can visit anywhere easily.
