Our lower unit is a beautiful apt with stunning view on Katchemak Bay right from windows or yard. Private gardens, lower deck. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. We have a freezer that you can store your catch in, but check with me on freeze space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Poo bad provided. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. This spot is close enough to enjoy the shops and cuisine of Homer 15 mins away, or enjoy the solitude and grab a cocktail at The Homestead nearby. Four miles beyond us takes you to Eveline State Rec Area. The cabin is cozy- monitor heat or the warmth of late day sun through the southwest facing picture windows. A clean composting outhouse completes the rustic atmosphere.

Kasilof River is 24 miles, Ninilchik River is 1 mile, Deep Creek Recreational and tractor boat launch 4 miles and Ninilchick is 1 mile. Multiple local fishing charters for halibut and salmon. The Cowboy Cabin

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

Our cabin is the perfect place to get-away to beautiful Homer, AK. It is an authentic heavy timber hunting cabin that has been modernized to be warm & comfortable with a full kitchen and bath as well as a loft bedroom with a view of Kachemak Bay. It is private but located on a shared property with our home which is ideal for providing assistance with anything you might need from your hosts.
