Maggie's Place

Maggie's Place is the guesthouse next to our residence, named after our friend who frequently opened her home to others. Included is a full kitchen/living area with a queen size sofa bed, work area, and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a tiled shower and washer/dryer. There is a screened in porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are 2.5 miles from the interstate and only minutes from downtown Russellville. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets.

Hale Homestead Barn in Russellville, Arkansas

Located in London, Arkansas, on Highway 64, adjacent to I-40, the Hale Homestead Barn sits on a family-owned and operated 9.25-acre farm in the Arkansas River Valley. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.

The Juniper House, house tucked in the trees

Tucked into the trees, this simple little house is even more private than our other listing, but just a few hundred feet away. Same great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the pig, other critters, and see the food and flower truck patch upon request. This house is on land that is in the beginning stages of long-term permaculture projects. Come see what we are working on!

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

2-story living space sleeps up to 6. Downstairs has a kitchenette (no stove or kitchen sink) with a microwave, coffee pot, mini frig and utensils. Dish tub provided, and you can wash dishes outside. Outdoor charcoal grill. 2 can sleep on the Futon sofa bed. Lg walk in shower in bathroom. Upstairs has 1 queen, 2 twin beds with 1/2 bath. Outdoor charcoal grill, electric skillet & air fryer. Located on 300-acre farm on Ouachita River with easy access for floats, fishing & private hikes.

Cabin has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a loft with another king and a trundle bed (two twins), and a spacious, open kitchen and living area. Detached bunkhouse just 20 steps from main house--with 7 twin beds. Perfect for family reunions and/or two families. Decorated tastefully, with all amenities of home. Secluded, wooded setting would make a natural family getaway. Pets allowed.

Lakefront Retreat- The Oyster House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on Lake Desoto. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, and paddle boarding right off your private deck. This property also features a private boat slip! Hot Springs Village Arkansas is a gated community that has 11 beautiful lakes, 9 world-class golf courses, 30 plus miles of hiking, biking and walking trails, along with various sporting clubs.

Vulture Peak Guest House

This rock guest house is built atop a huge boulder. A bridge spans a natural ravine connecting it to the Main House. The guest house has a private deck overlooking the river. There are always birds flying above the river, eagles, geese, pelicans, and of course, the house's namesake: vultures! The sunsets are stunning and its the perfect place for star gazing.
