A little about this property... This property is a ground floor studio flat.It's based in the village and is close to the shops, super markets and about 300 meters from the beautiful beach area.It's very quiet and the building is cool.Το σπιτι ειναι μια γκαρσονιερα ημιυπογειο.Ειναι δροσερο και φωτεινο. Δεν εχει μπαλκονι εχει ομως στην πισω αυλη τραπεζακι για τους επισκεπτες. Τα σουπερ μαρκετ ειναι πολυ κοντα περιπου πεντε λεπτα με τα ποδια.Η παραλια ειναι δεκα λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σπιτι.....

The apartment is located in the center of the village . It is on the second floor on the front side of the building . It has full equipped kitchen, there is free WIFI, a TV and an air conditioner (AC) free of charge. Housecleaning services are also included (free of charge every 3 days). Our business follows all necessary rules and precautions,in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, which are regulated by the Ministry of Tourism.So this business has acquired the "Health First" certification.

Old, typical Greek house

The homely, Greek-style apartment, comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a 3-bedded bedroom divided by a curtain from the sitting room where there is a bed settee. There is a woodburner in the sitting room. The shower room/wc is off the kitchen. There is a pretty garden, for sole use of guests, where it is nice to eat andenjoy breakfast in your own small olive grove! I have a courtyard at the side of the house where I keep three friendly dogs. There are cats around.
