A little about this property... This property is a ground floor studio flat.It's based in the village and is close to the shops, super markets and about 300 meters from the beautiful beach area.It's very quiet and the building is cool.Το σπιτι ειναι μια γκαρσονιερα ημιυπογειο.Ειναι δροσερο και φωτεινο. Δεν εχει μπαλκονι εχει ομως στην πισω αυλη τραπεζακι για τους επισκεπτες. Τα σουπερ μαρκετ ειναι πολυ κοντα περιπου πεντε λεπτα με τα ποδια.Η παραλια ειναι δεκα λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σπιτι.....

Το μικρό σπίτι βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιστορικού οικισμού της παλαιάς Νικήτης δίπλα ακριβώς από το Χοροστάσι, τον χώρο όπου γίνονταν οι γιορτές και τα πανηγύρια του παραδοσιακού χωριού.Το σπίτι, είναι δομημένο με την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική του τόπου, φτιαγμένο με τα υλικά της πέτρας και του ξύλου. Εδώ μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την ηρεμία του παλαιού χωριού και την ομορφιά της αυλής του . Η διαμονή σας έτσι γίνεται ένα ευχάριστο ταξίδι στον χρόνο, προσφέροντας μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία διακοπών!!

Old, typical Greek house

The homely, Greek-style apartment, comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a 3-bedded bedroom divided by a curtain from the sitting room where there is a bed settee. There is a woodburner in the sitting room. The shower room/wc is off the kitchen. There is a pretty garden, for sole use of guests, where it is nice to eat andenjoy breakfast in your own small olive grove! I have a courtyard at the side of the house where I keep three friendly dogs. There are cats around.

The origin part above of the road and the new part below of the road. The weekly market takes place every Friday on the parallel street to the main road. Here you can buy fresh fish, fruits and much more. Further shopping possibilities can be found along the Main Street, e.g. Masoutis.
