Parking on the road in a cul-de-sac. 3 bedrooms: 1 with king size bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with bunk beds for children. Upstairs shower room. WiFi. Cosy lounge with Smart TV with Freeview. Well stocked Kitchen/diner including dishwasher and fridge freezer. Sun room overlooking the enclosed back garden. Washing machine and dryer. 1 well behaved dog welcome.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage offers 2 large bedrooms, a cosy lounge with a comfortable double bed settee, separate dining room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. The large sun trap garden is quiet and peaceful with a fire pit and outdoor seating. You can be assured of a perfect costal retreat.

Broc Môr offers tranquility and comfort within walking distance of Mumbles, a plethora of independent shops, eateries, hosteleries, Oystermouth Castle, the promenade and at least 22 beaches of Gower all within easy reach. A perfect base to explore all the area has to offer and beyond with the Brecon Beacons being one hour away. Swansea city offers good shopping, lesiure facilities and the famous Swansea Indoor market. Broc Môr has fast WIFI, its own parking with lovely views.

In a quiet cul-de-sac with parking and enclosed rear garden, this is a newly refurbished house 5 mins walk away from the seafront with shops, bars and restaurants. The path at the side leads to the castle gardens which is a short cut to the vibrant fishing village of Mumbles. It is quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a perfect coastal retreat. There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.

Our place is now available through Airbnb and directly (Langland Cove) as a whole house, seven bedroom self catering stay. The house is spacious and well equipped - perfect for families and groups. The beach is at the bottom of the road (150m away) and we are within the Gower Peninsula and the restaurants and family-friendly activities of Mumbles is just a 10-min walk away.
