The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. Featuring bespoke detail throughout, our unique hideaway features a luxurious double bed with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a cosy log burner. Outside, enjoy the fenced private space with a fire pit/BBQ, games and seating overlooking the iconic White Horse. Tucked behind a wildflower bank with its own track and parking, this is a peaceful spot to unwind.

Manor House Cottage is located in the small hamlet of Holme-On-Swale 7 miles from the market town of Thirsk which is known for its connection to James Herriott and within easy reach of North Yorkshires National Parks. Set within the grounds of the Manor House, It is a quirky upside down cottage with a well appointed modern kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor with sitting room upstairs, private garden with table and chairs. There are no other holiday cottages in the grounds.

The Orchid

Explore Northallerton, and the beauty of North Yorkshire, then retreat to your own quiet little pad. 'The Orchid' is a cosy, self-contained, stand alone guest space, neatly tucked away behind the main house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. With one double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, The Orchid could sleep up to 4 people. Private side access through a coded gate. Located just outside the market town of Bedale, a gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, Exelby is a quiet village with a thriving community owned pub (the Exelby Green Dragon). Recently converted, the Granary provides spacious accommodation for 4 / 5 people (plus cot) and offers an ideal stop for those wishing to explore the Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors and the Vale of York in between or alternatively, is a convenient stop off for those travelling further North or South.

Skipton House Annex has plenty of character, rural charm and is ideally located near the A1 in-between North York Moors and Dales. Set over two levels, the large open plan kitchen/dining room, shower/loo and entrance hallway are on the ground floor with a living/TV room and bedroom up the spiral staircase on the first floor. There are French doors that open up to access the courtyard. The loo/shower is located on the ground floor and courtyard is shared with main house.
