Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Welcome to our little slice of paradise! Before booking, please be aware that the “road” in is bumpy and rough. If your car is off the ground and, even better, AWD, you will be fine …but there is a chance that you will prefer to hike in. (We have a wagon.) Please be aware that if it is raining you will likely need AWD. The road gets super slick in the rain. This is a manageable hike, about 10 minutes. Please bring firewood and drinking water. The yurt does not have electricity or wifi.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Russell's Cabin

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.
