Riverfront Estate for large groups

This 3400 sf 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath model home backs up to the Rio Grande River and is an excellent location for large groups and wedding stays but we cannot host weddings or receptions at the Villa itself per the county. You may have small activities at the Villa for up to 30 guests at an additional cost of $1200. Guests must park in the rear and outside music is not permitted. Only 16 overnight guests are permitted without special approval.

Elephant Butte Lake Side RV

This 32 ft RV that can sleep up to 10 is just what you need for a getaway at the lake. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with a sink in the bedroom. The fwd bedroom has 4 single bunks, the kitchen table makes into a bed and the sleeper sofa is also a bed. The bathroom features a large shower, private toilet room. Holidays require 3 night rental
