This place is close to the city, but seems far away from the everyday cares of the world. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living, dining and kitchen areas perfect for entertaining the whole family! Relax on the back deck over looking the water. Comfortable sectional, fireplace, and tv all on the back deck. Fire pit, access to the water, huge yard to setup yard games. Master overlooks the lake and you can catch a nice sunrise!

This apartment has 1 double bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle. A full bath with tub and full kitchen. Attached to garage. This is on a working horse ranch and we do have stalls for board and a full RV with 35 amp If needing a place to lay over. We do not have horses to ride because this is a private training facility. We have dogs, chickens and horses and there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful. 12 miles W of Denton and 12 miles E of Decatur. DFW is about a 45 min drive.
