Foyer, One bedroom, Large living room, dining room, Very Contemporary new bathroom with Waterfall Shower and Deep Soaking Tub. There is no Kitchen, however we do have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. No off street parking. 2 minute walk to downtown boutiques and restaurants, live entertainment. No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the upper level. The Manzanita Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.
