The apartment is downstairs of the main house, yet two private entrances offer seclusion and sanctuary with panoramic views of the forest.

Charming one bedroom apartment in a unique, family built home close to Nevada City (5 min drive to downtown). Rustic, simple, quaint and cozy. Because it's forested and in a cement house, the wifi is not great. There's A/C in the summer and a propane 'wood' stove for winter. Nearby walking trails. The apartment is located in the bottom of our house and has a separate entrance, kitchen, queen bed + bathroom. The property has a pond & patio. It's forested, secluded, and quiet.

This sunny apartment is located in the heart of historic downtown Nevada City. It is just steps away from cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries, events, and the night life on Broad Street. The apartment has a sunny living room, large bedroom with a queen bed, a separate study with writing desk, a kitchen, dining area, and more. It is an easy walk to the Deer Creek Tribute trail and the suspension bridge. Not suitable for infants and children. No pets allowed.
