Umringt ist es von dichten Wäldern und mind. 7 Seen in der Nähe. Es gibt Hühner, frische Eier, Ruhe, eine Holzsauna mit Schwalleimer und herrlichem Blick über den Erlenwald.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
