This stylish, newly renovated and modernly furnished 2-room apartment is perfect for one to four people. It is located in the middle of Mintraching (Neufahrn b. Freising) and is only 5 minutes by car from the Garching research center and 10 minutes from MUC airport. With the bus (bus stop in 200m) you can reach the S-Bahn station “Neufahrn” (S1) or “Hallbergmoos” (S6) in a few minutes.

Sie verfügen über eine eigene Wohnung und einen Vorgarten den Sie ganz allein für sich nutzen können. für WLAN und TV ist gesorgt. Eine eigene Küche mit den nötigsten Küchenutensilien sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Selbstverständlich haben Sie auch ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Als Schlafmöglichkeit gibt es ein Doppelbett Die Bettwäsche wird von uns zur Verfügung gestellt.

Gemütlicher einfacher Schlafplatz im neuem Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Derzeit noch ohne Küche Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 100m entfernt. Und zum neuem Surfpark sind es auch nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gewerbegebiet. Meine Nachbarn sind Handwerksunternehmen. Daher kann es ab 7 Uhr gelegentlich laut werden.
