The Little Sunflower

Located center of town, 1 bedroom house. 1/4 unfinished basement with washer/dryer. Upstairs has all been refinished (unprofessionally) by me, lol, Recently replaced bedroom, living room, dining room with all new carpet. It's overall a good solid little house. A real nice queen sized bed, dresser, small dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed in living room makes into a full-sized mattress. Not fancy, just clean comfortable and quiet. Small 32" TV, FREE 155 channels, DirectTV. Netflix & Wi-fi.

This one bedroom House in the heart of the Midwest has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire property to yourself, complete with a fully appointed kitchen, and laundry in the bathroom. The exterior of the house boasts a large yard, and patio for relaxing. One claim to fame for Ness is the Historic Bank building. I would be happy to arrange a Free tour of this building as I am a member of the Bank Building Foundation. We also have some of the best quail and pheasant hunting around.

1930's Limestone chicken house converted to a cabin. 1/4 mile off a paved highway. Interior space is 46 feet x 11 feet, with sloping ceiling. Tiled shower with built in seat.(No tub.) Fully appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the Smoky Hills. Several acres of native grassland with running stream to explore. Deer, turkey, bird watching, and other wildlife. If you are going walking, wear appropriate footwear. See the stars without city lights and enjoy the unbelievable quiet.

All Aboard!!!! Formerly a coffee trolley, The Tiny Trolley has been reimagined into this unique stay in Hanston, KS. When you stay you'll have a full-size spa shower and bathroom; a tiny house kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee pot, waffle-maker, and crockpot; a table and 2 stools; a fold-out twin-sized sleeper sofa for ONE (or two if you like to be cozy); Smart TV (with outdoor amenities coming at a future date). It is set in the quiet town of Liebenthal but only 15 minutes from the city of Hays. Very large one acre yard with a patio and firepit. There are 4 beds set in 2 bedrooms so you can sleep 5 people comfortably. The kitchen bar seats 6 and the living room seats 5. Pets are allowed for a fee and there is Wifi. Bedrooms are upstairs.
