We have two kayaks available to explore the Brazos or just dive in. Lake Whitney is just 5 minutes away to swim, boat, or ski. A couple’s getaway or just relaxing with the family at this peaceful country cabin. Take a break from street lights and sidewalks and come see the stars that are down our dirt road. Only an hour SW of Fort Worth, Texas. It’s about 45 minutes to Glen Rose and the Dinosaur park. This cozy cabin get away is nestled along the Brazos river and 18 minutes from historic downtown Granbury. You can even come for a middle of the week getaway!

The Cozy Canal Charmer

Our charming place is nestled on a canal offering peaceful kayaking or fishing. With a boat ramp 5 houses down launch your boats with ease and tie them off at our dock. We have tied up a boat and two wave runners with room to spare. We have plenty of board games and a fire pit to keep the fun going into the evening. Our house offers three bedrooms. The master boasts a jacuzzi tub for a relaxing way to unwind.

Cute cabin located on a working farm. Enjoy the horses and cows grazing right outside. Comfortable 2 bedrooms with a sleeping loft for the kids (horizontal only for adults). Hosts live on the same property so we will usually be available if you need anything during your stay. We prefer a low-distraction lifestyle, but a TV is available on request. Limited outdoor space available.
