Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δυο μονά, μπάνιο με wc και ντουζιέρα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, ενιαίο σαλόνι με smart tv και καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει επιπλέον μεγάλη βεράντα με πανέμορφη θέα . Ιδανικό για 4 έως 5 άτομα.

Willkommen in unserer brandneuen Airbnb-Unterkunft „ NEA home“ in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, Griechenland! Dieses moderne Haus bietet Platz für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen stilvollen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ägäische Meer mit einem schönen Sandstrand befindet ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist im Juli 2024 fertig gestellt worden und sie können die ersten Gäste sein.

There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
