Welcome to Studio C, a cozy 320 sqft. downtown studio apartment that has been completely remodeled to compliment the charm of our downtown area with exposed brick and all new appliances! While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the bike trail. Studio C is accessible by a set of 20 stairs that may be too steep for some.

The perfect location for your getaway! Cozy and private yet just minutes from downtown Waverly and Wartburg College! The open concept layout includes a full kitchen, 70" tv + electric fireplace. The bathroom includes a 74x60 shower, a heated bidet + floors, double sinks, and a separate makeup vanity. The sunroom off the back faces an entirely private backyard complete with a fire pit & seating area. Laundry access! 1 queen and 2 single beds. Sleeps 4 but happy to accommodate extra guests!

Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

Bella's Suite at Stars Hollow

Bella's Suite is the private, lower level of our home, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bath, bedroom & a massage room. Our farm is nestled beside 140 acres of beautifully groomed public trails. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike, fish for bluegills in our lake, race a pig, skip rocks or canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze from the relaxing hot tub!

Lake House sleeps (16+) Boat Rental & Beach

Nov-April: Sleeps 15 in the house (no heat in barn) May-Oct: Sleeps 16+ (AC in the UP BARN) This Spacious Lake Front Home is perfect for the whole family with full service Amenities! Enjoy an acre of land, 4 bdrm house + bunkroom. 1st floor of barn filled with games, & ample seating. Enjoy the waterfront w/ dock, boat slip, swing & fire pit. The outdoor bball court, frisbee course, sand volleyball, splash pad, playground to entertain. (Extra fee applies to groups over 16)

Large home great for family gatherings. Beautiful views overlooking the Cedar River. Open floor plan with vaulted great room and floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view. Wrap around deck to enjoy the coffee in the morning or watch the sunset. Each king bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone. In-ground heated pool (available seasonally) and game room to keep everyone busy. Kayaks and bikes are on property and available for renters to use.

2 Bedroom 1 Bath- 3rd Level - Urban Lofts

This unique place has a style all its own. Great Location! 2 beds 1 bath Loft - 3rd floor loft with an open floor plan, the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the loft for added privacy. Includes in unit laundry and brand new appliances. This is the best of downtown living with everything you need within a couple blocks and an amazing view of the Single Speed patio! Building is secure with three entrances, elevator and off-street parking.

Hill Top House

Located .5 miles from the Upper Iowa River, Hilltop house has the most perfect view. The house sleeps 8, but we welcome and encourage smaller groups as well. This location has 2 bathrooms, a relaxing loft and the most dreamy porch. *WARNING* When booking in the winter be aware of our driveway shown in the picture. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive. We also have a pack n play and high chair available upon request.
