In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Relax inside this light-filled home or sit out on the deck overlooking the gardens and town.

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. This cozy space is very private, comfortable and newly appointed. It is a finished basement in our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance so our guests can decide if they’d like to meet us or not. We are approximately a mile from the Narragansett town beach, a stones throw from the bike path and public tennis and bocce courts and walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. Newport is just a 20 minute drive. So come be our guest!

Studio Farm Cottage near Newport & Narragansett

Our farm is conveniently located 15 minutes from Newport, 10 minutes from Narragansett, and 10 minutes from Wickford. From Wickford, you can catch a ferry to Block Island, while the Quonset Ferry to Martha's Vineyard (May-Oct) is just 15 minutes away. The cottage is walking distance to a public bus stop and 15 minutes from the Kingston (AMTRAK) or Wickford (MBTA) train stations. We're happy to pick you up from the train or airport if we're available.
