Our cottage is located on 40 riverside acres where we farm cattle within the quaint Nabiac village. Newly completed, this modern and stylish cottage boasts expansive views over paddocks and the river. Guests may decide to stay and enjoy the quiet farm life or use it as a basecamp to explore the local area. In a short drive, guests can explore pristine beaches and country markets. Or stay in Nabiac and enjoy great cafes and local shops. Your stay includes afternoon tea and a breakfast basket.

A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. The perfect location for couples to escape the grind, unwind, relax & enjoy the serenity that The Lake House has to offer.

Your only a short 5 min walk to Nabiac Village shops, including cafe and a pub, both with great food. Local swimming pool (closed in the winter months) kids skate park and playground. Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful environment. Our cottage is located on 2.5 acres, just off the Pacific Highway, 2 km south of Nabiac and is separate from the main house. The cottage is great as an overnight stop or to enjoy an extended stay and explore the surrounding areas. It is just a short drive to the pristine beaches of Forster, Tuncurry and Hallidays Point or choose to stay in Nabiac and enjoy great cafes, local shops and a great meal at the Nabiac Hotel.
