Located at Ardivachar Point in the village of Iochdar on South Uist, we offer a warm welcome and comfortable, spacious rooms - all of which have sea views. All rooms have private en suite and tea/coffee facilities, a fridge, bath robes and large screen TV. Guests have access to a shared lounge/dining room where a microwave and utensils are provided for heating takeaways or pre-prepared meals. Guests can also enjoy the use of our beach facing hot tub. Our place is distinctive due to the life size plastic horse at the roadside. The room is spacious, comfortable, en-suite with lovely sea & countryside views, a wonderful destination after a busy day. We are 5 miles from the Skye Bridge & 2 miles to Broadford. A light breakfast is provided in the room, tea and coffee making facilities are included. There is a sofa to relax, watch some TV or just unwind. There is space to park your car and you are welcome to come and go as you please.

Fair Winds Bed and Breakfast (En-suite bedroom)

This room has a king sized bed with private bathroom, TV Wi/Fi . The view from the window is overlooking the Morar River estuary. There is a hospitality tray in your room with tea and coffee. There is no self catering or access to our kitchen. Breakfast is served downstairs in the dining room, usually between 8am -9am. Earlier breakfast can be arranged. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Please note that we are on the Mainland. We are not on the Isle of Skye

Amenities are close at hand with local supermarkets just minutes away as are the bus stops, restaurant, bank, takeaway and the airport, all within walking distance.
