Πρόκειται για σπίτι περίπου 40 τ.μ., που αποτελείται από σαλονοκουζίνα, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μπάνιο και απέχει λίγα μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, beach bars και ταβέρνες. Διατίθενται ηλεκτρικές συσκευές (πιστολάκι, σίδερο, τοστιέρα, βραστήρας, air condition και καλοριφέρ). Η πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, Μύρινα, απέχει περίπου δεκαπέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.
