Beautiful, intimate house ideal for holidays with family or friends. We are located in a quiet place Čista Velika, only 10 km from the sea and the town of Vodice,Šibenik. Dioclatinas Palace, Bacvice beach ,bars, restaurants, shops, ferry port, central bus and train station. You dont need car or taxi because everything is at walkable distance Most of my guests are here for short stay 1-3 days (traveling from airoprt to islands or other way because location is ideal)

This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.
