The upstairs rooms share a full sized bath. Launch your boat or access the lake at the end of Landing Road (350 yards), or at Eagle Bay Boat Ramp (1 mile drive). Enjoy the spacious covered front porch and cook on the flat top grill. Kayaks can be made available to responsible guests at no cost.

There’s an identical cottage next door so the two make a perfect place for group trips. There’s plenty of parking and green space. Located just a few blocks north of the parks with hiking, biking, and mineral springs and west of downtown and the casino. The Chickasaw Recreation Area and Veterans Lake are nearby.
