The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house.
