The boat room is a pretty ensuite double with an additional lower (Ht.120) section of the room with 3 single futon style beds, toys & books & is perfect for kids.

Lots of water sports near by including kayaking and surfing. Close to Miltown Malbay for traditional Irish music

Downstairs Double "Room Only " availability in low/mid season. No breakfast. Comes with crisp, cotton bed linen and breathable feather bedding + one allergy pillow. En suite is a walk-in wet room with wheelchair access. Room has extra door directly to both guest sitting room and door to patio/garden. Dogs welcome if rugs are rolled up. Guest sitting room next door to this room with tv and tea and coffee making. unfortunately we no longer have breakfast or breakfast facilities

We're just a 2 minute drive to Spanish Point beach and a 4 minute drive to the town of Miltown Malbay.

The space is situated 5 minutes driving from Kilcolgan bus stop, supermarket and others. I offer private and free parking. Galway city is only 15-20 min driving from that ideal space.
