This block is unique because it has Ski-in and Ski-out. The building has it's own open-door free parking space. Several restaurants, cafes, and markets are available within walking distance (5-10 min).

My Apartment Loft1 (#525) is located in New Gudauri few steps from Gondola. Charm of the apartment is ski in ski out. apartment is a very cozy place for a little family or just for friends. From the balcony you will see a glorious view of the beautiful mountains of Gudauri. This modern studio features a kitchenette with all amenities , a seating area with a couch (couch bad) , a flat-screen TV with cable channels, WiFi, a desk, and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries.

Guests have access to a,restaurant, café, casino, ski rental and most importantly, everything is extremely near. Most importantly, the apartment has an excellent panoramic view of the mountains.
