Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

Berg Ferienhaus Borovnica befindet sich in Lič, nur 30 Fahrminuten von der Adria und 50 km von Rijeka entfernt. K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

All furniture and details are unique and a lot of the pieces have been handmade by my husband. The house is located off a quiet road in Kraljevo Selo, a small village far from the city bustle and traffic. The renovated farmhouse "Villa Vallis" (150m²) has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace and the interior kitchen, which is fully furnished to a high standard. The entire villa is air conditioned / heated. There is a covered, shady inner courtyard (60m²) with an outdoor kitchen and an open grill fireplace, which can also turn motor-driven suckling pigs.
