Perfectly positioned next to the sea, it is a few steps from the beach and just around the corner from all village amenities including award-winning restaurants, shops. delicatessens and two pubs. It has a warm and cozy feel and has been finished and equipped to a high specification. Spot the seals playing,take a boat trip or investigate the paddle rock pool. A very special place!

The solid granite cottage is believed to have been part of the only property to survive the Spanish raid on Mousehole in 1595.
