There is a garage that can be accessed from inside the house. Washer and dryer, furnished kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room. No pets. Recreation in the area includes: Hiking or floating the Bruneau Canyon, climbing the Bruneau Sand Dunes, fishing the Bruneau River and of course there is CJ Strike Reservoir.

The yards in both the front and back are available for you. Sometimes I will be on the property for lawn maintenance or gardening in the yards. My house is pet friendly and a $20 per pet pet fee does apply.
