The 300 acre property shares a 2.5km border with the Grampians National Park and backs onto the stunning western escarpment of the Mt. Difficult Range. The farm house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms. A breezeway connects the living spaces to the sleeping spaces. Some of the best walks in The Grampians are a short drive away (Mt. Zero, Mt. Stapylton, Hollow Mt., Zummsteins, McKenzie Falls).

Welcome to our quiet court away from the noisy centre of Horsham city but still within a few minutes drive from the town centre. We are situated on 5 acres and enjoy natures gift of birds, peace and tranquility. Enjoy morning walks along the river and all that Horsham has to offer. Guests will stay in a large private studio apartment at the rear of our property. Studio is separate from our family home; it contains/includes: Queen-sized bed, Kitchenette; fridge, coffee machine, microwave, cook-top, toaster, kettle, sink. Bathroom contains a toilet, basin & shower (there are 2 steps into the shower). Single mattress available in case of an extra guest. TV, DVD player with movies, Split System A/C. No Wi-Fi. 100 meters from the Wimmera River. 1.5 km from downtown.

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!
