Beautiful modern compact apartment in the highly sought-after area of Mt Eden/Three Kings. Great cafes close by. Handy to bus stop into and out of the city and university and on airport bus route. The apartment is light, airy and quiet with large double doors opening onto a sunny deck. Great for couples, solo travelers and for business travelers (one queen bed). A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

The vibrant Mt Eden village, with its cafes, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk, Eden Park 30 minutes and the Mt Eden volcanic crater, 25 minutes.
